Clients Say:
"I feel so blessed to have found Karin. She has helped me get through such a difficult time. She has taught me so much about myself. I appreciate her caring and gentle approach. She feels like an old friend that is there for me whenever I need her. I am always amazed how clear things look after talking with her. I feel so fortunate to have her in my life."
"Dr Karin makes me feel like she is totally committed to helping me become a stronger and more self-confident woman. After each session with her I feel prepared and ready to tackle the issue at hand. Dr. Karin develops strategies that will help me in my most stressful moments. Dr. Karin celebrates my successes with me, and reminds me of them when I forget how far I have come."
"When I made my first appointment with Dr. Flodstrom, I was filled with trepidation. From what I had heard and seen, people left sessions with their therapists upset, just hoping to get themselves together enough before the next session. I knew I didn't need that. Feeling that every move, every belief, every decision had been wrong -well, life was tough enough. What I got was a firm but gentle hand that seemed to stay with me when I left. I don't know how or with what words Dr. Flodstrom did this, but she made it clear that she was not a crutch; she intended to help me walk in my life again, believe in myself again. Each time I left her, I walked a bit taller and stronger. I felt that I was capable of and could make good decisions and healthy choices It has been some years now since I ended my time with her, however, she seems to stay with me. Whenever I begin to limp, I think of her and the limp is diminished and I walk. Sometimes I even dance."
